Our Chef
During his duties as Executive Chef at Kayumanis Nusa Dua, he was also in charge of supporting culinary development at Kayumanis Nanjing in 2010, and he continued to develop his culinary experience by supporting the opening of Isola Italian Restaurant in Surabaya.
Getting Here
Upon exiting Ngurah Rai International Airport, PIASAN can be reached via the Bali Mandara Toll Road that extends over the waters of the Benoa Gulf. The exit point connects to the By Pass that leads directly into Nusa Dua. A tall Balinese gateway marks the entrance to ITDC (The Nusa Dua), a protected area where all vehicles are subject to a security check.
